건강음식집착증과 비만에 대한 공포Orthorexia Nervosa, Fear of Obesity

- Abstract
- 본 연구는 한국 성인이 보이는 건강음식집착증의 양상을 파악하고, 건강음식집착증과 비만에 대한 공포 와의 관계를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 성인 남녀 321명을 대상으로 뒤셀도르프 건강음식집착증 척 도, 비만에 대한 지각된 취약성과 심각성 그리고 공포, 전반적 신체존중감 척도, 체질량지수, 주관적 비만 도, 신체만족도 및 인구통계학적 특성을 설문을 통해 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 비만에 대한 지각된 심각성과 주관적 비만도는 건강음식집착증에 부적 영향을 미치는 변인이었다. 그리고 성별, 비만에 대한 공포, 신체존중감, 만족과의 관계는 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 건강음식집착증이 비만 예방 행동일 가능성이 낮음을 시사한다
