스포츠 앱 서비스품질에 따른 스포츠효과, 만족도, 구전의도의 관계

Abstract

이 연구의 목적은 스포츠 앱 서비스품질과 스포츠효과, 만족도, 구전의도의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 서울, 인천, 경기 지역에 있는 대학교 학생 중 스포츠 앱 이용자를 모집단으로 하였으며 280명을 연구 대상으로 선정 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 24.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였는데, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠 앱 서비스품질이 스포츠효과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠 앱 서비스품질이 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠 앱 서비스품질이 구전의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 스포츠 앱의 스포츠효과가 구전의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 스포츠 앱의 만족도가 구전의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among Exercise Effectiveness, Satisfaction, and Recommendation according to Service Quality of Exercise Application in order to suggest the basic data for the developing improvement of exercise application. totally 280 samples were randomly collected by using questionnaires, and 256 questionnaires were finally used for this study. this study conducted frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Cronbach's α test, correlation analysis and structure equation modeling analysis using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 18.0. The research results are as follows: First, Service Quality of sports app was found to had a significant influence on Exercise Effectiveness. Second, Service Quality of sports app was found to had a significant influence on satisfaction level. Third, Service Quality of sports app was not found to had a significant influence on WOM(word of mouth). Fourth, Exercise Effectiveness was found to had a significant influence on WOM. satisfaction level was found to had a significant influence on WOM
