Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 한국과 중국의 예비유아교사의 취업스트레스와 진로태도성숙이 어떠한지를 조사하여 국가와 학년에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 비교하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국과 중국의 1~4학년 예비유아교사 261명을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 취업스트레스의 하위항목인 성격스트레스와 취업불안스트레스, 학교환경스트레스에서 한국과 중국 예비유아교사 간의 차이가 나타났다. 한국의 예비유아교사의 취업스트레스는 1학년에 매우 낮다가 학년이 올라갈수록 매우 높아지는 반면 중국의경우 1~4학년까지 유사한 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로태도성숙의 하위항목인 참여도와 독립성, 타협성에서 4학년 한국 예비유아교사의 진로성숙은 중국예비유아교사에 비하여 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 예비유아교사 양성과정의 효과적인 구성이나 교육정책에 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
The purpose of study was to learn the current situation of preservice teachers' employment pressure and occupation maturity that were in the early childhood education from Korea and China. And then the study has also learned the differences of preservice teachers' employment pressure and occupation maturity according to their nationality and grade. To conduct this research, the survey data were collected from 261 preservice teachers who were from the grade one to grade four both in Korea and China. The results of this research is as follows. First, in the factors of employment pressure named pressure of character, pressure of employment disturbance and pressure of the circumstance from university, the differences have been found between the preservice teachers from Korea and China. The level of employment pressure of Korean preservice teachers from grade one is very low, but with the growing of the grade, it has been much higher than the level of grade one. On the another hand, the levels of employment pressure of Chinese preservice teachers from grade one to grade four are very close. Second, the factors of preservice teachers' occupation maturity named participation, independence and compromise, the levels of factors from Korean preservice teachers are higher than the levels of factors from Chinese preservice teachers. Through these results, the study can offer an implication to the effective construction of preservice teachers training and the making of education policy.
