- Abstract
- 연구목적 : 최근 연구에서 보면 estrogen 수용체 1 유전자(ESR1) 다형성이 알츠하이머형 치매와 연관이 있다는 연구결과가 있었다. 이에 본 저자는 ESR1 유전형의 정신분열병과의 연합여부와 ApoE ε4 대립유전자와의 상호작용 여부를 연구하였다. 방법 : 한국인 정신분열병 환자 46명과 정상인 40명을 대상으로 중합효소연쇄반응을 이용해서 ESR1 XbaI과 PvuII, 그리고 아포지단백 E(ApoE) 유전자형과 빈도를 비교하고, 환자군에서 임상아형, 가족력유무, 발병 연령에 따라 차이가 있는 지를 비교 분석하였다.
