심방세동 환자 대상 주요 연구주제 및 관련 측정도구 분석 : 국내 간호학 분야 논문을 중심으로 (2000-2017)

Abstract

연구목적: 본 연구는 심방세동 환자 대상으로 실시된 국내 간호학분야 논문의 주요 연구주제 및 관련 측정도구를 분석하여, 향후 심방세동 관련 국내 간호연구의 방향제시 및 새로운 간호중재 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시되었다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 자료조사 기간은 2000년 1월부터 2017년 6월까지였으며, 국내 3개 데이터베이스에서 ‘심방세동’, ‘환자’, ‘간호’로 주요 키워드를 선정, 조합하여 분석한 결과 최종 11편의 논문이 선정되었다. 연구결과: 분석대상 11편 논문은 학술지 논문 7편, 석·박사학위논문 4편이었다. 가장 흔히 사용된 연구설계 유형은 서술적 조사연구(81.8%)였으며 방법론적 연구와 질적 연구도 각각 1편씩이었다. 연구대상은 주로 재가환자를 중심으로 이루어졌으며 주요 연구개념은 부정적 감정, 증상, 자가간호 및 삶의 질에 관한 연구가 많았으며, 이들 개념을 측정하기 위해 사용된 도구들은 대부분 타당도 검증이 이루어지지 않았다. 결론: 향후 심방세동 환자를 위한 대규모 전향적 연구를 통해 삶의 질 관련 영향요인에 대한 광범위한 연구가 실시될 필요가 있겠으며, 국내 심방세동 환자의 특성을 고려한 주요 개념별 측정도구 개발 및 타당도가 확보된 도구사용이 요구된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the main research topics and their instruments in Korean patients with atrial fibrillation. This study can guide the direction of futures studies and to help researchers to develop the new areas regarding atrial fibrillation. Methods: From January 2000 to June 2017, 11 major papers in this study were included through the major keywords 'atrial fibrillation', 'patients', 'nursing' in three domestic databases. Results; Seven peer reviewed journals, one doctoral dissertation, and three master’s thesis were included for analysis. The cross-sectional descriptive research design were the most frequently used (81.8%). The other types of research design were one methodological study and one qualitative research respectively. Previous studies were mainly done in outpatient clinics or community. The most common research concepts were negative emotions, symptom recognition, Quality of life and self-care. and the validity of the tools measuring the concepts was not verified. Conclusion: In the development of intervention programs for patients with atrial fibrillation, it is necessary to develop and adopt validated tools for main research concepts. Additionally, further studies should be done with a large-scale, prospective studies.in Korean patients with atrial fibrillation.
