중국 진출 한국중소기업의 철수결정요인: 본국 정부의 인센티브정책을 중심으로

Abstract

자원재배치를 위한 전략적 의사결정인 철수전략은 해외시장에 진출한많은 기업들에 의해 유용하게 활용되고 있다. 우리는 기업의 철수가 경영자원의 재배치 차원에서 이루어진다는 전체 하에 중국에서 비즈니스를 수행 중인 중소기업 93개를 대상으로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 우리는 기업의 철수 여부에 영향을 미치는 변수를 알아보기 위해 로지스틱 회귀분석을 활용하여 결과 값을 추정하였다. 실증분석 결과 기업의 경영성과, 기업의 내부환경, 현지국의 정책변경, 자국기업에 대한 인센티트 정책이 철수에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다.

Divestment, the strategic decision to relocate resources, is used by many firms entering foreign countries. We carried out an empirical analysis on 93 small and medium-sized enterprises operating factories in China to confirm that firm divestment is conducted for management resource relocation. A logistic regression analysis conducted to predict a binary response (i.e., divestment/non-divestment) confirmed that the factors influencing divestment were firm performance, competitiveness, high turnover, labor management difficulties, host country incentive policies, location and facility support, and R&D support.
