보육교사의 교사효능감이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 : 행복감을 매개효과로

Abstract

본 연구는 보육교사의 교사효능감, 조직몰입, 행복감의 관계를 살펴보고 교사효능감과 조직몰입의 관계에서 행복감의 매개효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울특별시와 경기도 지역의 어린이집에서 근무하는 보육교사 380명을 대상으로 진행되었으며, 연구도구는 보육교사의 교사효능감, 조직몰입, 행복감 설문지를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 상관관계분석과 Baron 과 Kenny(1986)의 방법에 따라 회귀분석을 사용하였으며 통계적 검증을 위해 Sobel Test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 보육교사의 교사효능감, 조직몰입, 행복감의 일반적 경향을 알아보기 위해 기술통계를 실시한 결과, 보육교사들이 인식하고 있는 교사효능감, 조직몰입, 행복감은 평균 이상 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 교사효능감, 조직몰입, 행복감의 관계를 알아보기 위하여상관관계 분석을 실시한 결과 보육교사의 교사효능감, 조직몰입, 행복감은 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 교사효능감과 조직몰입의 관계에서 행복감의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 보육교사의 행복감은 교사효능감이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 대하여 부분매개변인으로서의 역할을 하였다.

This study aimed to examine the relationship among teacher efficacy, organizational commitment, and happiness of childcare teachers. and to find out the mediator effect of happiness between the relationship of the other two. The participants were 380 Childcare teachers working in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province, the research tool used were childcare teachers’ teacher efficacy, organizational commitment, and happiness surveys, and for data analysis, Sobel Test was done for regression analysis and statistical verification, according to correlation analysis and Baron & Kenny method using a SPSS 21.0 program. The results of the present study were as follows. First, according to the descriptive analysis done to find out the general tendency of teachers' efficacy, oranizational commitment, and happiness, they were higher than the average. Second, correlation analysis indicated that they had a positive correlation. Lastly, childcare teachers’ happiness partially mediated the relationship between teacher efficacy and organizational commitment. This research shows that happiness is an important mediator between the relationship of childcare teachers’ perceived teacher efficacy, and organizational commitment
