실내 영유아 스포츠 교육시설의 서비스품질에 관한 연구

Abstract

이 연구의 목적은 실내 스포츠학원 고객의 교육서비스품질, 신뢰, 만족도 및 구전의도와 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 서울, 경기, 분당에 위치한 실내 영유아 스포츠시설을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 통해 400부를표집한 후 부적절한 자료 47부를 제외한 353부를SSPS 22.0 AMOS 24.0을 활용하여 처리하였다. SPSS 를 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였으며, AMOS를 이용하여 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육서비스품질은 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 교육서비스품질은 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 교육서비스품질은 구전의도에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 넷째, 신뢰는구전의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 만족도는 구전의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

The purpose of this study was to find the relationship among service quality, trust, satisfaction level, and WOM for customer in Educational indoor sports facilities for Infants and Toddlers. In order to achieve the research goal, 400 samples were collected by convenience sampling method at sport facilities in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Bundang, and 353 samples were processed using SSPS 22.0 AMOS 24.0 except for inappropriate 47 samples. The analysis method used frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis by SPSS, and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model used by the AMOS. The results are as follows: First, Service Quality of education was found to had a significant influence on trust. Second, Service Quality of education was found to had a significant influence on satisfaction level. Third, Service Quality of education was not found to had a significant influence on WOM(word of mouth). Fourth, trust level was found to had a significant influence on WOM. fifth, satisfaction level was found to had a significant influence on WOM.
