물류플랫폼의 특성이 플랫폼 활용성에 따라 업무 생산성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Abstract

4차 산업 혁명 발전에 따라 물류 산업에서도 물류 디지털화에 대한 필요성이 대두되었다. 전통적인 방식에서 벗어나서 물류 전반에 걸친 정보 전달 및 업무의 효율화 요구가 높아지고 있으며, 특히 COVID-19의 상황 속에서 물류의 흐름 예측은 점점 어려워지고 있는 실정이다. COVID-19의 확산은 물류 환경에 큰 영향을 끼쳤고 공 컨테이너의 부족, 선복 부족 및 운임의 상승에 따라수출입 업체 및 물류 회사에 큰 영향을 미치며, 이러한 상황은 물류기업의 업무 처리의 어려움 및 업무 과다에 영향을 미치기 때문에 앞으로의 예측 및 물류의 방향성 제시가 필요해지고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 물류 플랫폼의 활용 특성이 물류기업의 개인및 조직 차원의 업무 생산성 향상에 미치는 요인과 영향을 분석하여 추후 물류 플랫폼 도입 시 어떠한 점을 고려해야 하는 가에대한 방향성을 제시하는 데 있으며, 다음과 같은 순서로 진행되었다. 첫째, 물류 플랫폼 도입 사례와 물류플랫폼의 활용 특성 및업무 생산성에 관련된 선행연구를 실시하였다. 둘째, 물류 플랫폼을 사용하는 물류기업 및 종사자들을 대상으로 설문지 조사를 실시하고 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 응답자 분석 및 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 회귀분석을 실시하여 연구모형의 적합도를 판단하였다. 셋째, 물류플랫폼의 특성이 조직, 개인 차원의 업무 생산성 향상에 미치는 영향 및 물류플랫폼 활용성의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 그결과, 물류플랫폼 특성과 조직 업무생산성 간의 관계에서는 보안성이 조직 업무생산성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 보안성이 높아질수록 조직의 생산성은 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 물류플랫폼 특성과 개인 업무생산성 간의 관계에서는 신뢰성, 이용편리성, 보안성 모두 개인 업무생산성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 추후 물류 플랫폼도입 시에 개인 및 회사 차원에서 각각 고려해야 할 특성 및 사업의 방향성을 정하는 데에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

With the development of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the need for digitalization of logistics emerged in the logistics industry. Beyond the traditional method, there is a growing demand for information delivery and efficiency of work across logistics, and in particular, it is becoming increasingly difficult to predict the flow of logistics in the situation of COVID-19. The spread of COVID-19 has had a significant impact on the logistics environment, and the lack of empty containers, lack of ships, and rising fares have a significant impact on exporters and logistics companies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the utilization characteristics of logistics platforms on the improvement of individual and organizational productivity of logistics companies and to present directions on what to consider when introducing logistics platforms in the future and this study was conducted as the following order. First, liaterature reviews were conducted about the concept and utilization characteristics of logistics platforms, work productivity. Second, the questionnaire survey was conducted on logistics companies and workers using the logistics platform, and respondents’ analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, were used to determine the suitability of the research model. Third, the effect of the utilization characteristics of the logistics platform on the improvement of work productivity at the organizational and individual levels and the moderating effect of the utilization of the logistics platform were verified. As a result, it was confirmed that security had a positive effect on organizational work productivity in the relationship between logistics platform characteristics and organizational work productivity, and it was also confirmed that the higher the utilization of the logistics platform, the higher the organizational productivity. In addition, it was confirmed that reliability, ease of use, and security all had a significant effect on personal work productivity in the relationship between logistics platform characteristics and personal work productivity.
