전기 전자 기업의 SCM도입에 관한 실증 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse applying factors of SCM to domestic electric and electronic firms in order to suggest the best strategies on the successful implementations.Selected firms listed on the Electronic Industries Associations of Korea has been surveyed through questionnaires and interviewers. It was observed that four important factors was discovered as a result of four hypotheses on the implementing SCM. Several conclusion can be drowned on the basis of the empirical analysis as follows. Firstly, a successful introduction and implementation of SCM varies from companies. Secondly, the will of the CEO can be a crucial factor in the beginning stage. Thirdly, in the implementing stage, the quality of human resources can also be a crucial factor. Finally, for the successful practice of SCM, positive and cooperative behaviour of manpower had to be involved in the process.
