- Abstract
- 서 론 : Y-금속판을이용한 종골의 전위된 관절내 골절의 수술적 치료 결과를 알아보고자 하였다.대상 및 방법 : 1998년 3월부터 2 0 0 0 년 8월까지 본원에 내원하여 종골의 전위된 관절내 골절로 수술적치료를 받은 2 2례를 대상으로 하였다. 골절의 분류는 Eastwood 분류법을 이용하였으며, Eastwood 분류상 1형이 8례, 2형이 1 0례, 3형이 4례였고, 수술 전후 종골의 축면과 측면 단순 방사선 사진을 촬영하여Bohler 각의 변화를 비교하였고, 기능적 평가는 Carr 등의 평가기준을 이용했다. 결 과 : 수술 전 Bohler 각은 평균 5。에서 수술 후 평균은 2 8。였으며, 기능적 평가에서는 우수 3례,양호 1 5례, 보통 4례였다.
