This study intends to investigate the difference in pro golfers’ motivation for participating in screen golf competition depending on their personal property. For subject of hte study, national men and women pro and master(G tour) pros participating in GTOUR screen golf competiiotn held by G Company at present in 201 6 were selected as population. As sampling method, question papers were distributed by using Simple Random Sampling of probabilistic sampling method. Out of the 350 setso f collected question papers, 335 ones were used for actual analysis after excluding improper ones. For question papers of motive for participation, the scale used by Jung Dae Chul (2011) on the basis of test paper develoepd by Vallerand(1995) was revised and supplemented in the experts’ meeting for the study. It is compose dof 7 questions of internal motive and 7 que-s tions of external motive. The data whose question papers were completely answered were collected and electronically processed by utilizing SPSS WIN Ver 23.0 statistic program with significant level of statistical hypothesis testing p <.05. Cronbach’s alpha and Multivariate Analysis of aVriance: MANOVA were implemented. The fo-l lowing result is drawn through such test method and procedureF. irst, the difference in internal and externa l motivation to participate in screen golf competition dependingo n demographic and statistical property is due to interaction effect of gender and age. Internal motive is eth highest among male players below 30 years ol d and external motive is the lowest among male players below 30 years old. Second, the difference in motivation to participate in screen golf competition depending on demograhpic and statistical property is due to externa l motive caused by interaction effect of gender and term. It is the highest among female players with career over 4 years. Third, the difference in the motivation to participat ein screen golf competition depending on dem-o graphic and statistical property is not found due to interaction effect for age and term in the competition.
