This study is intended to investigate how the trauma factors were formed, fixed, and overcome by conducting in-depth interviews with 8 college soccer players who experienced injury, interpersonal relationship and other situational factors. As a result of in-depth interviews, in the injury type, it was found that trauma was caused by aftereffects of injuries, obsessive concerns for being injured again, and repeated injuries. In the interpersonal type, it was found that the trauma was caused by the fear of the persistent abusive language and violence by the leader, the impersonal treatment, the obsession with the mistake, the excessive interests and expectation of the parents, and the burden of doing well. Finally, in other situational trauma type, it was found that trauma was caused by feeling guilty, a lack of confidence, and psychological pressure due to mistake in kicking a penalty in important games and injuries to opponents. As a way to overcome the trauma of college soccer players, the trauma factors were divided into internal factors and external factors. As a result, it was found that internal factors were overcome by psychological stabilization, such as image training, mind control, and self-talk, and overcome by individual practices and efforts, such as physical training, repeated training, and form change, and that the external factor were overcome by other people, such as team mates, leaders, and family members, and environmental factors, such as lapse of time, going to college and wearing protective equipment.-
