보험판매원의 역량, 서비스만족과 충성도

Abstract

본 연구는 보험판매원의 역량이 서비스 만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 아울러 충성도에 대한 서비스 만족의 영향력을 분석하였다. 이 연구를 위해 130명의 보험 소비자로부터 얻은 데이터를 사용하였으며, 분석을 위해 SPSS와 AMOS를 활용하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보험판매원의 관계지향성은 계약서비스만족도와 유지서비스만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 보상서비스만족도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보험판매원의 전문성은 계약서비스만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 유지서비스만족도, 보상서비스만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보험판매원의 윤리성은 계약서비스만족도, 유지서비스만족도 및 보상서비스만족도에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 유지 및 보상서비스의 만족도는 충성도에 영향을 미치나, 계약서비스만족도는 충성도에 영향을 미치지 않는다는 것이다. 이러한 결과에 대한 실무적 시사점이 논의되었다.

This research aims to analyze the relationships among insurance solicitors' competence, service satisfaction, and loyalty. Insurance solicitors' competence consists of relationship-orientation, expertise and ethics. For this purpose, 130 consumers in the insurance industry completed the questionnaires and SPSS and AMOS were employed. The findings are: First, insurance solicitor's relationship-orientation increases service satisfaction in the stages of contract and maintenance. Second, insurance solicitor's expertise increases service satisfaction in the stage of contract. Third, insurance solicitor's ethics increases in all stages of contract, maintenance, and compensation. Fourth, service satisfactions of maintenance and compensation increase loyalty while service satisfaction of contract does not. Discussions and implications of these results are included.
