| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 인터넷이 행정학 지식의 생산과 소비에 어떻게 영향을 미치고 있을까에 대한 탐색적 연구이다. 디지털화된 행정학 지식재는 시장재, 공유재, 공공재이론과는 다른 새로운 접근방식이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 시장에서 생산, 소비되는 디지털 행정학 지식재의 특성을 시장재, 공유재, 일반적인 지식재와의 비교를 통하여 논의한고, 인터넷에서 유통되는 행정학 지식재를 분석하기 위해 지식재 시장에서 지식재를 생산, 소비하는 행위자로서 프로슈머와 생산자와 소비자를 매개하는 공급자를 제시한다. 실증분석 결과, 정보통신기술의 발전으로 행정학 지식이 다양한 소비자의 수요에 충족시키리라는 낙관적 기대와는 달리 아직까지는 인터넷이 긍정적인 효과를 보여주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 인터넷에서 행정학 지식재에 대한 일반인의 접근성은 낮으며, 생산, 소비자들로서 프로슈머들은 지적인 협동에 의한 발전적인 행정학 지식생산, 소비라기보다 단순한 지식재생산에 그치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. | - |
