Abstract
Recently Research about the medical material is becoming actively performed. the medical materials are required by the properties such as biocompatiblity, biodegradation. Polysaccharide derivatives which have this properties are under great spot lighted as suitable material of the medical material. The conventional drug immobilization method’s several defect is reported. Drug photo-immobilization method using photo-reactive polysaccharide derivative is researched in order to complement several defect of the conventional drug immobilization method. In this research, it is explained that photo-immobilization method and how to apply in medical field using a photo-reactive polysaccharide derivative.
