지역사회복지관 가족복지 프로그램의 정체성에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 사회복지관 가족복지 프로그램의 정체성을 모색함으로써 그 동안 혼란스럽게 사용되어 오던 가족복지 프로그램의 성격을 정립하고 프로그램의 유형을 제시하는 연구목적을 지닌다. 이를 위해 먼저 가족복지사업의 개념과 관점을 살펴보고 사회복지관의 가족복지사업을 소집단으로서 가족복지로 규정하였다. 둘째로, 가족복지의 관점에서 기존 가족복지 프로그램을 비판하였다. 셋째로 사회복지관 가족복지 프로그램의 개발원칙을 제시하고 이에 입각하여 프로그램의 유형을 예시하였다. 프로그램의 개발원칙을 제시하고 이에 입각하여 프로그램의 유형을 예시하였다. 프로그램의 정체성 확립의 기준은 소집단으로서의 가족, 가족의 전체성, 가족의 내적 관계와 환경 그리고 치료와 예방의 기능이 선정되었다. 가족복지사업의 정체성이 확보되기 위해서는 가족기능 위주의 프로그램의 분류가 바람직하지만 현실적인 방안으로 가족복지 고유사업과 함께 기존의 대상별 프로그램이 가족의 전체성을 고려할 수 있도록 지원하여 주는 방안을 제시하였다. 그리고 가족복지사업의 정체성이 확립되기 위해서는 가족사회사업의 방법이 주된 방법으로 자리매김해야 한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the identity of family welfare programs in social welfare center, clarifying family welfare programs, demonstrating types of family welfare programs. At first, I have examined concepts and perspectives which of family welfare programs in social welfare center and described family welfare programs as a small group perspective. Second, I have criticized programs at the perspective of family welfare. Finally, I have presented principles of development of family welfare programs in social welfare center. According to this points, I have demonstrated the type of programs. The criteria of establishing of the identity was family as a small group, family as a wholeness, family relationship and environment, function of prevention and therapy. To establish the identity of family welfare, it was desirable to classifying of programs that was due to family function. But, I have presented a device pragmatically to which existing individual-oriented programs were established to concern the wholeness of family with the original family welfare programs.
