- Abstract
- With advances in wireless communication, wireless sensor networks are being deployed in various fields. A sensor network consists of hundreds or thousands of sensor nodes that involve numerous restrictions including computation capability and battery capacity. Accordingly, topology control is an important issue for achieving balanced placement of sensor nodes. The clustering scheme is a widely known and efficient means of topology control for transmitting information to base station with two-hops relay. The automatic routing scheme of self-organizing technique is also an important element of wireless sensor network. This paper proposed the trust based sensor network clustering with load balance factors. We deal with the two load balance factors in a node level-1) the energy model based factor for efficient message transmission and 2) the distance factor between nodes and BS for uniform energy dissipation. In a experiment, the proposed approach shows a drastic performance with a network lifetime.
