- Abstract
- In this study were considered 4 type of international condition assessment protocols based on WRc manual to suggest domestic sewer defect score about improved defect code. In order to contemplate about characteristics of domestic sewer pipes with specific specification, condition assessment method adopted by pipe segment were proposed. For considering Importance of ground subsidence, renewal defect scores increases weighting of defects causing structural backfill materials loss. In new the protocol, ‘Hole’ were added to grade 5, and ‘Surface Damage’ were excluded. The addition of ‘Buckling’to consider flexsible pipe reduces weights of ‘Surface Damage’ and ‘Lining Defects’. The overall weight trend of light and moderate defect degree is determined by the severe rating.
