| dc.description.abstract | 목적: 숲은 인체의 건강증진에 효과가 있다고 한다. 본 연구에서 삼다수 숲길에서 산림욕 후에 실험대상자들의 타액 코르티솔, 혈관건강 타입 및 혈관건강 지수의 변화를 연구하는 것이었다. 방법: 삼림에서 걸은 후에 타액의 측정과 심장박동 변이를 측정하여 혈관 상태의 변화를 조사했다. 결과: 삼다수 숲에서 두 시간 동안 산림욕을 한 실험군에서는 타액에 분비되는 스트레스 cortisol 함량은 숲을 방문하기 전보다 유의성 있게 감소하였다(p<.05). 또한 혈관연령 타입은 유의하게 증가하였고(p<.03), 혈관연령 지수는 유의하게 감소하였다(p<.032). 대조군에서는 유의한 결과가 나타나지 않았다. 결론: 제주도 삼다수 숲에서 방출되는 피톤치드가 인체에 영향을 주어서 건강증진에 효과가 있었다고 유추할 수 있다. | - |
