- Abstract
- 간자반병은 간실질내동양구조의 확장으로 인한 다발낭공간내에 혈액이 차있는 드문 질환으로서, 대부분 1 cm 이하의 다발병변으로 나타난다. 저자들은 전신쇠약감을 주소로 내원한 33세 여자환자에서 시행한 복부초음파상 우연히 간우엽에 약 3.5 cm 크기의 단일종괴가 있어서 나선식CT와 자기공명영상을 시행한 후 간조직검사상 자반병으로 진단된 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하고자 한다.
