한국여성의 액와동맥 분지에 관한 형태학적 연구

Abstract

한국여성 38예(76쪽)에서 액화동맥 가지들의 기원부위를 과찰하였다. 상흉동맥은 94.7％에서 존재하였다. 흉견몽동맥은 액와동맥 제2부에서 90.8％가 기원하였다. 외측흉동맥은 제21n에서 60.5％ 결갑하동맥에서 27.6％가 기원하였다. 견갑하동맥은 액화동맥 가지 중 가장 컷으며, 제2부와 제3부에서 각각 42.1％ 및 57.9％가 출현하였다. 전휴상완회선동맥이 제3부에서 공동으로 기시하는 것이 21.1％였고, 후상완회선동맥은 36.8％에서 견갑하동맥에서 일어났다.

The branches of the axillary artery have been studied in 38 Korean Female cadavers. 1.The superior thoracic artery arose from the first part and the second part of the axillary artery in 84％ of sides. 2.The thoracoacrmial artery arose from the axillary artery near the superomedial border of the axillary artery more often (91％) than from any other source 3.The lateral thoracic artery was found on 64％ of sides as a main axillary artery, usually arising from the secons part of the axillary artery(61％) It arose from the subscapular atery in 28％ 4.The subscapular artery was seen as the largest branch of the axillary artery. It arose from the second part (42％) and the axllary artery 5.The posterior circumflex humeral artery was a direct brach of the third part of axillary artery in 37％ of sides. In 21％ of sides the posterior circumflex humeral artery arose by a common stem from the third part of the axillary. In 33％ of sides the posterior circumflex humeral artery arose from the subscapular artery. 6.The anterior circumflex humeral artery was found more constanrly at the third part of the axillaary artert than the posterior circumflex humeral artery was It arose from a direct branch of the third part of the axillary in 70％ of sides.
