우리나라에서 호흡기계 질환의 역학조사에 사용되는 설문지의 신뢰도 비교

Abstract

This study was performed to compare the reliability of two Korean version questionnaires SUN-93 by interview and SUN-81-AL by self-administered for epidemiologic study of respiratory symptoms and illness. The subjects were 103 dental laboratory technicians who divided into two groups. The duration of test-retest was one to two months. The difference between two groups in terms of average age, height, and weight was not significant. The SUN-93 showed higher kappa score compared to SUN-81-AL except for the cough and smoking items. The SUN-93 deserved using in self-administered epidemiologic study for respiratory disease. Both questionnaires have to be followed the correction with the easy, understand able, and ordinary need words and the change of contents of question.
