공급사슬위험요인이 회복탄력성 강화전략과 공급사슬 성과에 미치는 영향

Abstract

정보통신기술과 운송수단의 발달과 같은 환경 변화로 인하여 공급사슬관리에 대한 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 공급사슬의 글로벌화는 공급사슬에서의 리스크에 대한 노출을 증대시켜 공급사슬리스크관리는 중대한 도전이 되고 있다. 공급사슬에서 발생하는 리스크는 공급, 수요, 운영 등의 리스크와 외부적 환경 즉 홍수, 태풍, 지진, COVID-19, 전쟁, 경제적 리스크 등 다양하며 환경 리스크는 기업 수준에서 통제의 범위를 벗어난다. 내외부적인 리스크로 인한 공급사슬 중단에 의한 피해는 기업의 수익성은 물론 생존에도 영향을 미치기 때문에 공급사슬위험관리는 전략적으로 접근할 필요가 있다. 이와 더불어 공급사슬이 외부로부터 충격을 받을 때 회복할 수 있는 회복탄력성을 증진시켜 나가야 한다. 본 연구는 공급사슬 위험요인인 회복탄력성 강화전략과 공급사슬 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 회복탄력성 강화전략에 대한 시사점을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 기업을 대상으로 설문분석을 실시하여 구조방정식 모델을 통해 검증한 결과 공급사슬의 민첩성은 기업의 재무적 성과에 정(+)의 효과를 나타내고 있다. 강건성은 재무적 성과에 부(-)의 효과를 나타내는 것으로 나타났으며 비재무적 성과에 대하여 민첩성과 강건성 모두 유의한 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to present implications for resilience strengthening strategies by analyzing the resilience strengthening strategy, which is a supply chain risk factor, and its impact on supply chain performance. Research design, data, methodology : A research model was constructed to empirically analyze the significance of the relationship between the risk factors of supply chain and promoting factors of resilience and the relationship between promoting factors of resilience and corporate’s performance. Questionnaires were distributed and collected to companies, and hypotheses were tested through a structural equation model. Results : Supply chain agility has a positive effect on a company's financial performance. Robustness was found to have a negative effect on financial performance, and neither agility nor robustness appeared to have a significant effect on non-financial performance. Conclusions : Companies should seek sustainable growth and enhanced performance by improving the agility and robustness of their supply chains and strengthening their risk management strategies. Measures for this include establishing and monitoring risk management, diversifying the supply chain, strengthening the flexibility and agility of the supply chain, strengthening cooperation and partnerships, and utilizing technology.
