| dc.description.abstract | 콜드체인 물류 및 공급망은 신선한 농산물의 품질과 안전성을 유지하고 유통 물류 과정 중 자원의 손실을 줄이는 데에 필수적이다. 본 연구는 최근 높아지고 있는 글로벌 농수산품에 대한 수요 증가와 COVID-19으로 인한 콜드체인 공급망 구축의 중요성을 바탕으로, 기업의 자원절감 의도가 콜드체인 운영성과에 미칠 수 있는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 선행연구와 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 측정요인들을 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 설문지를 구조화하였다. 이후, 한국무역협회, 한국수산무역협회, 대한무역투자진흥공사 등의 회원사 리스트를 바탕으로 저온 유통 및 물류시스템이 요구되는 농수산물을 중심으로 관련 생산 및 유통과 물류 서비스를 시행하는 무작위 표본기업을 추출하여 온라인 설문지를 배포하였다. 실증분석은 SPSS ver. 28.0 통계패키지와 Process Macro Ver. 4.2의 확장프로그램을 사용하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과, 기업의 자원절감 의지는 운영성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았지만, 콜드체인 구축 수준과 수급조절이 자원절감 의지와 운영성과 관계에서 각각 매개효과와 이중 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. | - |
