성인전문음악학원 학습자들의 피아노 학습 환경에 대한 교육서비스품질 및 만족도 조사

Abstract

[연구목적]본 연구의 목적은 성인전문음악학원에서 피아노 학습을 하고 있는 성인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 우리나라 성인학습자들이 생각하는 피아노 학습 환경에 대한 교육서비스품질 및 만족도를 알아보는 것이다. [연구방법]본 연구에서는 선행연구들을 토대로 교육서비스품질(교육프로그램, 강사자질, 학원수강료, 외적서비스)이 결과의 질과 서비스관계몰입에 각각 영향을 주며, 결과의 질과 서비스관계몰입이 교육서비스성과에 각각 영향을 미칠 것이라는 10개의 연구가설을 설정 하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 피아노 학습을 진행 중인 성인학습자(N＝179)를 대상으로 피아노학습 환경에 대한 교육서비스품질 및 만족도를 조사하였으며, SmartPLS 2.0을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. [연구결과]본 연구 결과, 교육서비스품질 요인 4가지 중 학원수강료가 결과의 질에 무의미하고, 교육프로그램이 서비스관계몰입에 무의미하다는 결과를 제외하면, 교육서비스품질이 결과의 질과 서비스관계 몰입을 통하여 교육서비스성과에 긍정적(＋)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점]본 연구는 성인 학습자를 지도하는 피아노 교사나 음악학원 경영자들에게 성인 학습자의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 요인에 대한 정보를 제공하여 효율적인 교육과 학원운영을 돕는데 의의가 있다. 이를 통해 더 많은 성인들이 피아노 교육을 가까이 하고 즐길 수 있는 환경이 만들어져 성인 피아노 교육의 활성화에 기여하기를 바란다.

[Purpose]Through questionnaire that we published to adult students who were taking class in adult－only piano institution, we investigated education service quality and satisfaction about circumstance of piano class. [Methodology]For this purpose, we made some questionnaire(the number of question was 41) based on hypothesis that education service quality (educational programs, quality of instructor, tuition of private educational institute, and external service factors) affect to service relational commitment and quality of result. And service relational commitment and quality of result affect to performance of education service. [Findings]The findings of this study were as follow: First, among sub－items of education service quality, tuition of private educational institute had no causal relationship with quality of result. Second, education program had no causal relationship with service relational commitment. Finally, performance of education service had a causal relationship with quality of result and service relational commitment. [Implications]The purpose of this study is to provide information about the factors that can increase the satisfaction of adult students, teachers and managers of piano institution. The findings will help the efficient educations in the field.
