Abstract
본 연구는 청소년의 권위주의 성격이 폭력성을 의미하는 학교폭력태도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 친애동기가 중재효과를 보이는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 또한 학교폭력태도를 효과적으로 측정하기 위해 암묵적 연합검사(IAT, Implicit Association Test) 방식을 이용하여 「학교폭력 암묵적 연합검사」를 개발하였다. 중학생 143명과 담임교사 3명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고, 기술통계 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 권위주의 성격은 학교폭력태도를 예측하였다. 둘째, 권위주의 성격과 학교폭력태도의 관계에서 친애동기가 중재효과를 나타내었다. 셋째, 학교폭력태도를 측정하기 위해서 개발한 학교폭력 암묵적 연합검사 도구는 타당성을 확보하였다. 따라서 권위주의 성격이 청소년의 폭력성을 예측할 수 있는 요인이고, 이 관계에서 친애동기 수준에 따라 드러나는 폭력양상 수준이 달라질 수 있다. 또한 청소년의 학교 폭력성에 해당하는 학교폭력태도를 효과적으로 측정할 수 있는 도구를 개발하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to confirm that adolescents' authoritarian personality predicted their school-bullying attitude and determine the moderation effects of affiliation motivation on the effects of authoritarian personality on school-bullying attitude. To measure school-bullying attitude, Implicit Association Test (IAT) was used to develop Implicit Association Test for School-Bullying (IATSB). To determine the relationship among authoritarian personality, school-bullying attitude, and affiliation motivation and their effectiveness, the scales and tests were applied to 143 middle school students. In addition, the Behavior Dimensions Rating Scale was applied to 3 teachers to validate the test developed in this study. The results of this study, First, authoritarian personality served as a predictor of school-bullying attitude. Second, Affiliation motivation served as a moderation variable in the effects of authoritarian personality on school-bullying attitude. Third, The IATSB was validated as a measuring tool. Therefore, the effects of authoritarian personality and affiliation motivation on school-bullying attitude were confirmed along with their influence. The IATSB in this study is expected to be useful in further research as well. Lastly, the limitations of this study and the suggestions for further research were discussed.
