청소년활동 영역의 재정립에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 청소년활동의 영역 재정립에 목적을 두고 수행되었다. 문헌고찰을 통해 청소년활동의 개념에 관한 논의가 이루어졌고, 1차적으로 청소년활동을 12개의 활동영역, 102개의 세부활동으로 분류하였다. 이후 두 번에 걸쳐 현장 실무자 38명을 대상으로 하는 델파이 조사와 학계 전문가 5명을 대상으로 자문을 실시하였다. 특히, 2차 델파이 조사에서 AHP 방법을 활용하여 활동영역 간 상대적 중요도를 알아보았다. 1차 델파이 조사 및 자문 결과, 동아리활동/집단활동, 가족․인성활동, 자기(인성)계발활동/자기개발활동이 삭제되었고, 세부활동이 포괄성을 중심으로 정리되어 9개 영역, 62개 세부활동이 제시되었다. 2차 델파이 조사 및 자문에서는 환경보존활동을 제외하였고, 내용을 중심으로 세부활동을 구성하였다. 이러한 과정을 거쳐 최종적으로 8개 영역, 34개 세부활동의 청소년활동 영역을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 청소년활동의 실태 및 요구조사, 법령 및 제도의 정비, 실무 현장 등에서 활용될 필요가 있다. 향후에도 청소년활동 개념과 영역에 관한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

The objective of the study is to re-establish the range of youth activities. For this, the concept of youth activities was discussed through literature review, and youth activities were divided into 12 activity ranges and 102 detailed activities first. Later, two times of Delphi surveys were conducted for 38 hands-on workers, and 5 academic experts were consulted. In particular, AHP method was used in the second Delphi survey to identify relative importance among activity rages. As a result of the first Delphi survey and consultation, club activity/group activity, family and personality activity, self-improvement (personality) activity/self-development activity were deleted; and 9 ranges and 62 detailed activities were suggested based on inclusiveness. In the second Delphi survey and consultation, environmental conservation activity was excluded, and detailed activities were created based on contents. Through the process, 8 ranges and 34 detailed activities of youth activities were drawn ultimately. The results of the study need to be utilized in investigating the status of and demand for youth activities, improving law and regulations and practical fields. Additionally, further studies are required on the concept and ranges of youth activities in the future.
