dc.description.abstractCM at Risk is emerging as a new ordering method. However, there is a lack of data and practices which is domestic CM at Risk projects. The purpose of this study is to analyze the RFP of the school building project in the United States, which is an advanced case of the CM at Risk. RFP provide the requisite items for respondents to carry out the task. In the CM at Risk ordering method, the additional items for evaluating the CM enterprise are added. As a result of analyzing the sample of US project, RFP requirements have a different detail items. But, they have common items that is evaluating the CM enterprise and their team members abilities.-
