건축물 전과정 평가를 위한 생산단계 중심의 기준 공동주택 분류체계에 관한 연구

Abstract

This study aims to propose a classification of referenced apartment building with focused on production phase as part of the study on the construction of referenced apartment buliding for the life cycle assessment. For this purpose, the design documents and the quantity data of constructed the apartment building in korea were collected and the degree of change of the main building materials according to the design elements of the building was analyzed through correlation analysis. As a result, it was confirmed that the structural type, flat type, and exclusive area of the apartment building had the greatest effect on the change of the volume of building materials, and a classification based on this was proposed.
