Abstract
열화상 Hayabusa 방법, 열화상 냉각속도 방법, 음향방출 방법을 적용하는 기계재료 피로한도의 측정은 비파괴적 결정방법으로서 정확성이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 STS304 스테인리스강을 소재로 하여 피로사이클 수에 따른 온도 안정화 단계 진입 여부를 구분하여 열화상기법을 통해 소산열을 획득하여 피로한도를 결정하였다. 시편의 원공노치 유무에 따른 피로한도의 변화 정도를 분석하였다. 또한 음향 방출 방법을 병행하여 피로한도를 측정하고 해당 결과를 열화상 측정 결과와 비교 분석하였다. 피로한도 결정방법별로 원공노치와 반복하중 횟수의 효과가 구해졌으며 소재의 피로한도에 대한 기존 계단식 측정법의 결과와 비교하여 유용성을 검토하였다.
The accuracy of the Hayabusa, energy rate, and acoustic emission method should be assured for non-destructive fatigue limit determination. In this study, the fatigue limit of STS304 steel was determined by measuring the dissipated heat behavior through the thermography induced by fatigue load cycles. The degree of change in the fatigue limit according to the presence of the hole notch of the specimen was also analyzed. Acoustic emission measurement was performed simultaneously to determine the fatigue limit, and the results were compared with the thermographic results. For each method measuring the fatigue limit, the effects of the hole notch and load cycles were explored, and the usefulness of the fatigue limit determination was discussed by comparing the results of the staircase method.
