dc.description.abstract본 논문은 교류-교류 절연구간 통과 시 반도체 변압기의 운행 방법을 제안한다. 철도 차량용 반도체 변압기는 AC/DC 컨버터와 DC/DC 컨버터로 구성된다. AC/DC 컨버터는 25 kV의 교류 고압을 40 kV 이상의 직류 고압으로 변환하고 DC/DC 컨버터는 직류 고압을 1500V 직류 저압으로 변환한다. 절연구간 통과 전 MCB (Main Circuit Breaker) 는 개방 되고 반도체 변압기는 동작을 멈추기 때문에 고압 직류 전압은 감소하게 된다. 절연구간 통과 후 고압 직류 전압이 고압 교류 전압보다 낮은 상태에서 MCB가 투입 되면 돌입전류가 크게 흘러 전력 반도체가 파손될 수 있다. 따라서, 제안하는 방법은 DC/DC 컨버터를 사용하여 저압 커패시터에 저장된 에너지로 교류 전압보다 크게 고압 커패시터를 충전한다. 제안하는 고압 커패시터 충전 방법은 DC/DC 컨버터를 사용하기 때문에 빠른 충전이 가능하고 돌입전류를 방지할 수 있다. 본 논문은 반도체 변압기의 절연구간 통과를 위한 운전 방법을 제시하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능을 확인한다.-
dc.description.abstractThis paper proposes an operation method for an SST (Solid-State Transformer) for passing an AC to AC neu tral section. An SST for a railway vehicle is composed of an AC/DC converter and DC/DC converter. AC/DC converter regulates the 25 kV high AC voltage to over 40 kV high DC voltage and DC/DC converter converts the high DC voltage to 1500 V DC voltage. MCB (Main Circuit Breaker) reaches OFF before passing the neutral section and the high DC volt age decreases gradually because SST does not engage in any control. If MCB reaches ON in the condition in which the high DC voltage is smaller than the high AC voltage after passing the neutral section, the power semiconductors are dam aged due to the large inrush current. Therefore, the proposed method uses DC/DC converter to charge the high voltage capacitor using the stored energy at the low voltage capacitor until the voltage of the high voltage capacitor is larger than the high AC voltage. The proposed charging method with DC/DC converter can charge fast and suppress inrush current.
