- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to figure out the importance and satisfaction in recognitions of user acceptance of home training application. In order to achieve this objective, samples were taken by using snowball sampling method among non-probability sampling methods. Total 387 data were collected in this study except data which did not respond or trustlessly responded. In data processing, via SPSS version 21.0 for window, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's α, frequency analysis, and Importance-Performance Analysis. The results were as follows. Ⅰ quadrant included in personal daily exercise amount setting, cost-effectiveness of content, information easy to understand, and information on goal achievement after exercise. Ⅱ quadrant included in provision of accurate exercise information, convenient icon and interface, overall design composition and color, information on individual body type analysis, appropriate image and video proportions, and efficient design composition. Ⅲ quadrant included in provision of exercise notification function, continuous provision of services, reliability of security level, information on individual recommended exercise. Ⅳ quadrant included in easy-to-use and quick-to-learn function, overall privacy protection, compatibility with other devices, not sharing my information, convenient response to customer inquiries, providing steps and heart rate.
