Abstract
The purpose of this study was to figure out the user experience of ICT-based smart fitness service by utilizing critical incidents technique which is the one of qualitative analysis methods. To attain the goal, ICT-based smart fitness 337 users were studied using CIT method. The analysis of the data was produced based on the observation reliability of 4 independent researchers who has sport business expert and sports management background. The results were as follows. First, according to the results of analyzing ICT-based smart fitness service users' positive experiences categorizations were goal setting function, specific information provision, UI and UX, physical and psychological satisfaction, suitable online. Second, according to the results of analyzing ICT-based smart fitness service users' negative experiences categorizations were program and functional aspects, lack of motivational function, precise feedback on actions, lack of localization system, indiscreet advertisement. Third, according to the result of analyzing measures to improve the ICT-based smart fitness service, necessary to provide various programs, to solve problems related to personal security, need to provide exercise feedback information, add function to prevent giving up, customization through personalization settings.
