체육학분야의 연구윤리교육 개선방안을 위한 경험적 분석

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 체육학분야의 연구윤리교육에 대해 대학원생들이 경험한 긍정적 경험과 부정적 경험 그리고 개선요구 사항에 대해 정성적 분석기법 중 하나인 결정적사건기법을 활용하여 분석하고 향후 체육학분야의 대학원생들에게 적합한 연구윤리 교육이 제공 될 수 있도록 기초자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구윤리 교육을 수강한 237명의 대학원생들을 연구 대상으로 진행하였다. 수집된 개방형 설문지는 R 프로그램을 이용하여 처리하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 도출되었다. 첫째, 체육학분야 연구윤리에 대한 긍정적인 경험에 대해 분석한 결과 수업내용, 수업에 대한 감정, 교육제도, 수업방식 순으로 추상화 단어가 도출되었다. 이에 사례기반 교육과 위반 사항에 대한 가이드라인 제시 그리고 전공별 연구윤리교육 콘텐츠 개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 둘째 체육학분야 부정적 경험에 대해 분석한 결과 수업내용, 수업방식, 수업에 대한 감정, 교육제도 순으로 추상화 단어가 도출되었다. 따라서 전공과 일치한 수업구성, 학습자의 온라인 학습 환경의 제한, 그리고 보충자료 및 개개인에 대한 관심이 수반되어야 할 것이다. 개선 요구 사항을 분석한 결과 수업내용, 교육제도, 수업방식 순으로 추상화 단어가 도출 되었다. 이를 위해 주기적이고 반복적인 수업, 실제 연구 환경과 유사한 상황 조성, 선수과목지정 및 연구윤리 이수제도와 같은 제도적 지원이 제공되어야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 성별, 전공종류별, 대학원 과정별, 그리고 출간경험에 따른 적합한 연구윤리교육이 지원된다면 연구윤리교육의 학습 성과를 높일 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the improvement factors of research ethics education in sport studies based on graduate school students' positive experience, negative experience and demand for improvement. Utilizing Critical Incident Technique(CIT), the aim of this study is to present essential data for developing research ethics for sport studies. 237 graduate school students who had experience of research ethics education were selected for the participants. To analyze open questionnaires, this study used R program. The results are as follows. First, graduate school students' positive experiences showed that education contents, emotion toward education, education system, education methods were extracted to 4 abstraction words. Therefore, case-based learning, guide line for research ethic, and suitable contents for study should be contained. Second, graduate school students' negative experiences showed that education contents, education methods, emotion toward education were extracted to 4 abstraction words. Thus, Lecture contents consistent with major, restrain of online study environment, and supplementary learning material and concern toward individual should be provided. Lastly, improvement point showed that education contents, education system, education methods were extracted. To improve research ethic education, periodical, repetitive lecture, a similar design with actual research environment, institutional support should be offered. Moreover, according to gender, type of graduate school, graduate course, published paper a proper ethic education should be associated.
