중국의 건축물 전과정평가 지침 분석에 관한 연구

Abstract

As the global sustainable development becomes more and more important, the international community pays more attention to the building life cycle assessment. In 2011, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China presented the building life cycle assessment guidelines called <Standard for sustainability assessment of building project> as a national standard to guide building life cycle assessment. This paper aims to provide support for the improvement of building life cycle assessment, investigated and analyzed the methods of building life cycle assessment in Standard for sustainability assessment of building project of China. In the end, this paper obtained the process table of the building life cycle assessment guidelines of China.
