장내 마이크로바이옴과 신경정신질환의 상관.인과관계를 분석하기 위한 웹서비스 제안

Abstract

인체 마이크로바이옴은 인간 몸체 안팎에 서식하고 있는 미생물들과 그들의 유전정보 전체를 말하며, 장내 마이크로바이옴은 인체 내부 위장에 존재하는 미생물 생태계를 의미한다. 최근 마이크로바이옴 연구는 기존의 미생물 군집을 각종 의료 데이터와 건강에 대한 메타데이터를 통합하여 분석해 결과를 도출하는 식의 연구로 진행하고 있다. 해당 논문에서는 장내 마이크로바이옴이 우울증, 스트레스, 치매, 불안과 같은 정신 질환에도 영향을 미친다는 연구 결과를 토대로 장내 마이크로바이옴의 환경 데이터를분석하여신경정실질환과의 상관·인과관계를 분석할 수 있도록 도울 수 있는 웹 서비스를 제안하고자 한다. 해당 웹 서비스를 통해 장내마이크로바이옴의 변화와 신경정신 질환의 호전 혹은 악화에 대한 분석을 실시하여 신경정신 질환을 진단 및 치료하는데 도움이 되고자 한다. 장내 마이크로바이옴에 대한 분석은 NGS 장내세균 분석 키트를 활용하고, 신경정신질환과 관련된 분석은 국립정신건강센터의 정신건강 검진도구의 표준지침을 활용하고자 한다. 이 데이터를 분석하고 관리하는 소프트웨어 프레임워크로는 스프링부트 프레임워크를 사용하고자 한다.

The human microbiome refers to micro-organisms living inside and outside the human body and their entire genetic information. The intestinal microbiome refers to the microbiota ecosystem that exists in the human body's internal gut and stomach. Recently, microbiome research is being conducted by integrating and analyzing existing microbial communities with various medical data and metadata on health to derive results. This paper intends to design a web service that can help analyze the correlation and casual relationship with neuropsychiatric disease by analyzing the environmental data of the intestinal microbiome. Through this web service, we intended to be helpful in diagnosing and treating neuropsychiatric disorders by analyzing changes in the intestinal microbiome and improvement or worsening of neuropsychiatric disorders.
