- Abstract
- The international community is increasingly interested in environmental sustainability. In the field of architecture, sustainable architecture and the natural environment are being considered. Green building certification is steadily improving and the scope of evaluation is expanding. In addition, system improvement for digitalization technology and BIM technology activation is underway in the construction industry. Green building certification is also digitized and authentication methods need to be changed. However, design certification evaluation using existing 2D data is underway. Therefore, this study was conducted to improve the authentication method by utilizing BIM data with architectural information. In particular, the method of evaluating the use of eco-friendly evaluation is difficult in the evaluation process because eco-friendly product items are updated every month and there are many items. The program was developed through research that extracts data necessary for design certification and compares and analyzes it with BIM data. Through the program, evaluation was possible more accurately and faster than the existing evaluation method.
