애니메이션 속 신화의 현대적 의미와 재구성 -<나타지마동강세(哪咤之魔童降世)>를 중심으로-

Abstract

본 연구는 애니메이션 ˂나타지마동강세(哪咤之魔童降世)˃를 대상으로 캐릭터, 스토리, 주제사상, 가치관념 등을 통해 ˂나타지마동강세˃ 중 신화의 현대화 전환과 전통문화의 혁신적 특징을 분석하고 있다. 우선 기존 나타(哪咤)의 보편적인 이미지 틀에서 탈피하여 전통을 바탕으로 현대적인 미적 욕구와 결합하는 것으로 ‘펑크 소년’이라는 새로운 이미지를 형상화하였고, 다음으로 ‘정수를 취하고 찌꺼기를 버린다(取其精華，去其糟粕)’는 전통문화적 이데올로기의 관점에서 현대사회와 융합한 현대적 의미로 재해석하였다. 이를 통해 첫째, ‘편견’이라는 사회문제를 주제로 사회적 환경 및 교화가 인간의 가치관에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 올바른 도덕윤리 사상을 수립할 데 관한 중요성을 강조하였다. 둘째, 주관적이고 능동적인 의식을 확립하도록 인도하는 동시에 다양한 그룹 및 계층의 관객들과 공감하고 감정 카타르시스의 출구를 제공하고 있다. 셋째, 전통 신화 이야기를 현대사회의 정서적 수요와 결합시켜, 오늘날 현대인들의 정서적 체험을 만족시키는 이야기로 재구성하였다. 상술한 점에 비추어 볼 때, 애니메이션 ˂나타지마동강세˃는 심원한 사회적 의의와 현실적 가치를 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 작품의 성공은 향후 중국신화 원형의 재구성, 중국 신화의 현대화 전환과 혁신 발전 및 중국 애니메이션의 세계화를 위해 바람직한 방향을 제시하고 있다.

This research takes the animation " Nezha: Birth of the Demon Child " as the object, and analyzes the modern transformation of mythology and the innovative characteristics of traditional culture in "N Nezha: Birth of the Demon Child " through characters, stories, themes, values, etc. First of all, Nezha in this animation got rid of the existing general image framework of Nezha, based on tradition, combined with modern aesthetic needs, and created a new image of "punk boy". Secondly, starting from the traditional cultural ideology point of view, this animation is reinterpreted as a modern meaning integrated with modern society. First, taking the social issue of "prejudice" as the theme, it analyze the influence of social environment and indoctrination on human values and emphasizes the importance of establishing correct moral and ethical thoughts. Second, while guiding the establishment of subjective initiative awareness, it resonates with audiences of various groups and classes, and provides an outlet for emotional catharsis. Third, the animation combines traditional mythological stories with the emotional needs of modern society to reconstruct stories that meet the emotional experience of modern people today. To sum up, the animation " Nezha: Birth of the Demon Child " has far-reaching social significance and practical value. Therefore, the success of this work has pointed out a promising direction for the reconstruction of the prototype of Chinese mythology in the future, the modern transformation and innovative development of Chinese mythology, and the globalization of Chinese animation.
