- Abstract
- 이 연구에서는 기존 CFT기둥-H형강 보 접합부의 용접작업성 확보, 복잡한 형상으로 인한 콘크리트 충전성 저하 등의 문제점을 개선하고자, 수직다이어프램이 적용된 새로운 모멘트접합부를 제안하고, 내진성능을 검증하기 위하여 실대형 구조실험을 수행하였다. 다이어프램 엔드플레이트 및 웨브의 두께 변화를 주요 변수로 설정하였고, 각 접합부의 주요 파단양상, 초기강성, 에너지소산능력 등을 비교·분석하였다. 실험 결과, 제안한 접합부는 회전각 4 % 에서 보 전소성모멘트(Mpbe)의 80 % 이상을 유지하여 중간모멘트골조의 요구성능을 만족시킬 뿐만 아니라 특수모멘트골조에 준하는 성능을 발휘하였다.
Conventional internal diaphragm joints provide a reliable path for load transfer from beam to column, but require excessive welding inside column tube. Similarly, external diaphragm may still not be practical due to large volume of steel consumption. To overcome these issues, the present study proposed a new easy-to-fabricate moment connection between H-shaped steel beams and concrete filled tubular (CFT) columns. The connection consists of a vertical plates passing through the aligned slots made on column wall, and end plate welded to H-steel beam, resulting in various advantages from the fabrication and structural points. Four full-scale exterior beam-column connections are design for cyclic loading tests as per KDS 41 31 10 and AISI/AISC 341-16 seismic design provisions. The ductility, moment-rotation hysteretic performance, initial stiffness, energy dissipation capacity are examined based on the laboratory test results. It shows that all specimens failed in plastic hinge on Hsteel beam. The proposed connection exhibit stable hysteretic curves up to 3 % story drift without damage in the column, which satisfy the KDS 41 31 10 and AISI/AISC 341-16 design provisions as a intermediate moment connection.
