디지털 전환을 위한 지표 선정에 관한 연구: 신용카드 금융 가치사슬을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 카드 금융의 디지털 전환을 위한 가치사슬 기반의 지표를 제안하고 이를 이용하여 실제 디지털 전환을 위한 과제 도출을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위하여 델파이 기법을 활용하여 카드금융 가치사슬의 주요 항목을 선정하였고 문헌 연구를 통해 각 항목에 해당하는 세부 지표를 선정하였다. 해당 지표에 대한 타당도 검증을 위해 카드 금융 종사자 300명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였고 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 과정을 통하여 디지털 전환을 위한 주요 지표 46개를 선정하였으며 이를 기반으로 실제 과제 선정을 시도하여 이를 검증하였다. 최근 많은 산업에서 디지털전환이 요구되는 상황에서 본 연구는 실제 전환에 필요한 지표를 선정하여 해당 내용을 가지고 과제선정을 구체적으로 진행했다는 점에서 의의를 가진다고 하겠다.

This study proposes a value chain-based framework of indicators for the digital transformation of card finance and derives practical tasks using these indicators. Key elements of the card finance value chain were selected through a Delphi survey, and specific indicators corresponding to each element were identified through a literature review.
