- Abstract
- Exhaust from textile industry gas is generated during high temperature ironing process contains oil components such as lubricants, softeners, air fresheners, and fiber lints with high temperature gas. For the reason, fiber lints and high temperature gas cause performance to deteriorate at subsequent process. Therefore, heat recovery and removal facility are required for efficient operation and performance improvement of the next process. In this study, the efficiency of a gas-liquid indirect fragrance-type heat recovery device was verified. And also, the effect of increasing heat recovery efficiency and removing particulate pollutants was verified through installing a cyclonic van in the tube. As a result of the experiment, the outflow gas temperature was decreased 36.7 %, and the cooling water temperature was increased 81.7 %. The temperature increased cooling water could be recycled in the tenter. As a result of installing the Cyclonic Vane, the removal efficiency of fine particles was 100 % at 50 um, 54.1 % at 10 um particles, 40.8 % at 5 um particles, and the theoretical cut particle size was 15.21 um. The fuel saving rate due to installing heat recovery device was calculated 16 N㎡ per hour based on LNG, which could be saving 22,000,000 won/year basis on 8-hour operation. It was analyzed that pollutants generated at workplaces will be reduced through the development of technology, and that continuous economic benefits will occur.
