- Abstract
- The aim of study was to analyze the improvement of the support system for human rights violations in sports through IPA analysis. To achieve this objective, samples were gathered using the snowball sampling method among non-probability sampling techniques. In this study, a total of 436 data points were collected, excluding those that were not responded to or were responded to untrustworthily. In data processing, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, frequency analysis, and IPA were conducted using SPSS version 25.0 for Windows. The results were as follows.Ⅰ quadrant included in 9 items were included, and immediate reporting system, understanding the characteristics of victims, thorough investigation, psychological counseling and medical support for victims are items that require continuous maintenance. Ⅱ quadrant included in 7 items were included, and it was found that it was necessary to establish a manual, have police officers and counselors on standby 24 hours a day, and take strict action against the perpetrator to prevent additional damage. Ⅲ quadrant included in 4 items were included, and these items were not immediately necessary for the victim and it was judged that mental stability was more important in a safe situation, so it was necessary to establish a one-stop system focusing on psychological support for the victim. Ⅳ quadrant included in 5 items were included, and it was found that efforts were needed to first recognize the existence of a sports ethics center or whether it was a trustworthy organization.
