Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 편측사지 중도 뇌병변장애인을 대상으로 수중재활운동을 진행하는 동안 심리적 안정과 정신적 준비기에 미치는 영향을 뇌과학 및 신경생리학적으로 규명하는 것이다. 연구 참여자는 성인 편측사지 중도 뇌병변장애인 7명을 대상으로 8 개월간 주1회 60분 수중운동 프로그램(수중운동, 수중체험활동)을 진행하였다. 정서측정 결과, 세타, 알파파가 기간이 경과할수록 높게 나타나 불안해소와 정서적 편안한 상태가 사후기간까지 유지되었다. 그리고 상태독립적 FAS 변화도 긍정정서성향으로변화가 나타났다. 마지막으로 편측사지 악력운동 전 정신적 준비기시 사건관련전위인 CNV 분석결과, 수중운동 프로그램이 진행되는 사전-중간-사후 순으로 점진적으로 CNV진폭이 유의하게 높게 나타나 운동시스템 구성에 도움이 되었다. 운동계획 및실행 그리고 의사결정 등의 인지기능을 담당하는 전두엽 영역에서 사전측정시 보다 중간, 사후 측정시에서 CNV파형이 높게나타나 편측사지 악력운동 전 정신적 준비기 시 운동기능을 담당하는 전두엽의 운동신경네트워크 구성에 도움이 된 것으로 여겨진다. 이러한 결과를 종합해보면, 편측사지 중도 뇌병변장애인들을 대상으로 수중재활운동 참여가 정서적 그리고 편측사지신경 생리적 메커니즘 운동시스템 구성과 특히 전두엽 운동신경네트워크 구성에 도움이 되었을 것으로 여겨진다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of aquatic rehabilitation exercises on psychological stability and mental preparation on adult with Acquired Brain Lesions in Hemiplegia, with a neuroscience and neurophysiology perspective. The study was conducted on 7 adults with Acquired Brain Lesions in Hemiplegia. Subjects performed 60 minutes of underwater exercise and underwater experience activities once a week for 8 months. As a result of emotional measurement, theta and alpha waves increased over time. It indicates anxiety relief and emotional comfort were maintained even after the program concluded. State-independent FAS also showed a shift towards positive emotional tendencies. CNV, which is performed for incident-related potential during the mental preparation phase, was analyzed before unilateral handgrip exercise. As a result of the analysis, the CNV amplitude gradually increased significantly in the order of pre-, mid-, and post-exercise sessions during the aquatic exercise program. As a result of the analysis, the CNV amplitude gradually increased significantly in the order of pre-, mid-, and post-exercise sessions during the aquatic exercise program. And it suggests that it contributed to the improvement of the motor system. In the frontal lobe, which is responsible for cognitive functions such as planning, execution, and decision-making, the CNV waveform were higher at mid and post-measurements compared to pre-measurements. This suggests that the program facilitated the construction of the motor neural network in the frontal lobe during the mental preparation phase before the hemiplegia grip strength exercises. In summary, participation in underwater rehabilitation exercises helps to construct the emotional motor system and the unilateral limb neurophysiology mechanism motor system, for the people with unilateral limb brain lesions. It is particularly helpful in the composition of the frontal motor neural network.
