Abstract
이 연구에서는 냉간성형 립ㄷ형강을 웨브재로 한 U형 단면의 강재-콘크리트 합성보의 구조성능을 조사하기 위해 실험을 수행하였다. 휨 및 전단 성능을 향상시키기 위해 보 하부 측면에 사다리꼴 형태의 강판을 추가하였다. 하부 인장철근 유무(R/NR)와 전단경간비(1.5/2.0/2.5)를 변수로 하여 5개의 실험체를 제작하였다. 4점 가력 휨실험과 3점 가력 전단실험을 각각 수행하였다. 휨실험체는전형적인 휨파괴가 발생하였다. 하부인장철근 있는 T8-R실험체는 하부인장철근이 없는 T8-NR 실험체에 비해 14.8 % 높게 나타났다. 전단실험체는 전형적인 전단파괴가 관찰되었다. 전단경간비가 증가함에 따라 실험 전단내력이 감소하는 경향을 보였고 최대 15 % 감소하였다. 립ㄷ형강에 의해 콘크리트와 강재부분의 완전합성을 기대할 수 있으며 스터드 앵커를 대체 할 수 있으며, 전체 구조적 성능을향상 시키는데 기여하고 전체적인 하중 분배 능력을 강화하고 구조의 안정성 및 성능을 향상시키는데 기여한다.
In this study, experiments were conducted to investigate the structural performance of U-shaped steel-concrete composite beams utilizing cold-formed lipped channels as web members. Trapezoidal steel plates were additionally installed on both lower sides of the beams to enhance flexural and shear capacities. A total of five specimens were fabricated with two primary variables: the presence or absence of bottom tension reinforcement (R/NR) and different shear span-to-depth ratios (1.5, 2.0, and 2.5). Four-point bending tests and three-point shear tests were performed respectively to evaluate the flexural and shear behaviors. The specimens designed for flexure exhibited typical flexural failure modes. Specifically, specimen T8-R, containing bottom tension reinforcement, exhibited approximately 14.8 % higher flexural strength compared to specimen T8-NR without bottom tension reinforcement. Specimens subjected to shear tests showed typical shear failure patterns, and experimental shear strength decreased as the shear span-to-depth ratio increased, with a maximum reduction of about 15 %. The cold-formed lipped channels provided effective shear connection, enabling a fully composite action between the steel and concrete components, thereby potentially replacing conventional stud anchors. This composite action significantly enhanced the overall structural performance, improved load distribution capacity, and contributed to the stability and robustness of the entire structural system.
