dc.description.abstract본 연구의 목적은 노인 무용교육프로그램인 메디발레(우아댄스) 지도자의 경험사례를 통해 활성화 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 연구방법은 메디발레(우아댄스) 지도자 1 3명의 개방형 질문지를 질적 사례 분석하였다. 결론은 첫째, 메디발레(우아댄스)는‘기억력과 뇌 활성화를 위한 무용교육’, ‘공동체 삶을 영위하는 무용교육’, ‘신체증진을 위한 전신운동 무용교육’, ‘새롭고 즐거운 무용교육’, ‘자아존중감과자기실현을 위한 무용교육’임을 시사해준다. 둘째, 교수-학습전략은 소통능력을 발휘시킬 수 있는 전략, 수업흥미를 유지하고 학습동기를 유발시킬 수 있는 새로운 교수법, 창의적 교수법을 설계하는 것이 중요하다. 셋째, 활성화 방안은 내용교수지식이론을 적용한 노인무용지도 전문지식 및 교수법을 적립시키고, 지도자 간 학습공동체를 형성하고, 노인 전문인력 양성에 지속적인 치원체계가 확립되어야 한다.-
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to propose a explore activation plans through the case study of leaders of the MediBallet dance education program for the elderly. The research method analyzed the qualitative case study of the open-ended questionnaire of 13 Mediballet leaders. The conclusions of the study are as follows: First, MediBallet suggests 'Activate memory and the brain', 'Manage community life', 'Enhance whole body movement', 'Promote a positive, enjoyable experience', 'Achieve self-respect and self-realization'. Second, For teaching-learning strategies, it is important to design strategies that can exert communication skills and new teaching methods that can maintain class interest and induce learning motivation and creative teaching methods. Third, the revitalization plan should establish specialized knowledge and teaching methods for dance guidance for the elderly applying the Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) theory, a learning community should be formed, and establish a continuous support system for training of elderly professional talents.-
