은유추출기법(ZMET)을 활용한 클래식 음악공연 관람객 공유개념 분석

Abstract

본고의 목적은 국내에서 클래식음악공연 관람객을 대상으로 그들의 경험 속 연상을 분석하고, 제럴드 잘트만의 은유추출기법(ZMET)을 활용하여 클래식음악공연 관련 이미지에 대한 공유개념도를 도출하기 위함이다. 무엇보다 시각적이미지를 활용한 은유 표현을 심층적인 인터뷰를 통해 분석함으로써 심리속에 내재 돼 있는 구조를 찾고자 한다. 이를 위해 12명의 연구 표본을 선정하고 그들의 경험 속에 있는 연상을 구조화하기 위해 국내 클래식음악공연에 대해 생각하게 한 뒤 최대 20개의 단어를 떠올려 기록하도록 했다. 그 결과 높은 빈도의 연상단어로 지휘자와 오케스트라를 가장 많이 떠올리고 있었다. 이미지 제시 부분에서도 어느 지휘자와 오케스트라가 연주하느냐가 공연선택 기준이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 공연기획에 있어 이 두 가지 항목은 특히 심혈을 기울여야 한다는 점이 파악되었다, 또한 ‘홍보물’. ‘이벤트’, ‘굿즈’, ‘SNS’ 처럼 클래식음악공연을 찾는 사람들에게 부수적인 즐거움을 선사하기 위한 준비와 기획도 우선순위로 꼽혔으며 연상을 통한 공유개념을 추출할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the associations of classical music performers in Korea and draw a shared conceptual diagram of images related to classical music performances using Gerald Zartman’s metaphor extraction technique (ZMET). Above all, I would like to find the structure inherent in psychology by analyzing metaphorical expressions using visual images through in-depth interviews. To this end, 12 research specimens were selected to make them think about domestic classical music performances and record up to 20 words in order to structure older people in their experiences. As a result, the most frequent associative words were the conductor and orchestra. In the image presentation section, it was found that which conductor and orchestra play are the criteria for performance selection. In the performance planning, it was found that these two items need to be particularly hard-working, and that they are “promotional materials.” Preparation and planning to give incidental fun to visitors to classical music performances such as “Events,” “Goods,” and “SNS” were also prioritized, allowing them to extract sharing concepts through associations.
