지역 문화 계승을 위한 호텔 객실 인테리어디자인 연구

Abstract

도시화와 세계화가 점차 가속화되면서 많은 호텔 공간이 과도한 현대화와 국제화에 집중하는 반면, 호텔 공간에서 지역 문화의 중요한 역할을 소홀히 하여 심각한 동질화를 초래하고 있다. 본 논문은 지역 문화를 계승하는 호텔 객실 인테리어디자인을 탐구하고 연구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이론적 배경에서는 간쯔 티베트족 문화의 계승에 대한 이해를 논의하고, 전 세계와 간쯔 티베트족 지역의 사례연구를 통해 호텔 객실 인테리어의 구체적인 표현 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 디자인 단계에서 생성형 AI 툴을 도입하여 새로운 아이디어 창출을 돕고 호텔 객실 디자인의 혁신을 실현하기 위해 노력하고자 한다. 연구 결과, 간쯔 티베트족 문화는 우수한 지역 문화로서 호텔 객실 공간 창출에 큰 의미가 있으며, 지역 문화 요소가 호텔 객실 공간에도 잘 적용될 수 있음을 보여준다. 또한 디자이너의 명확한 의도에 따라 생성형 AI 툴의 도움으로 생성된 인테리어디자인 표현은 기대에 부합하여 인테리어디자인 분야에서 생성형 AI의 활용이 가능하다는 것을 보여준다.

As urbanization and globalization accelerate, many hotel spaces focus excessively on modernization and internationalization, neglecting the critical role of regional culture, leading to severe homogenization. This study aims to explore and research hotel guestroom interior design that preserves regional culture. In the theoretical background, it discusses the inheritance of the Tibetan culture of Garze and, through a review of prior studies and case studies of the Garze Tibetan region, proposes specific methods for expressing regional culture in hotel guestroom interiors. Furthermore, this study introduces generative AI tools during the design phase to assist in generating new ideas and achieving innovation in hotel guestroom design. The results demonstrate that Garze Tibetan culture, as an outstanding regional culture, holds significant meaning in creating hotel guestroom spaces and that regional cultural elements can be effectively applied in hotel guestroom design. Additionally, interior design expressions generated with the assistance of generative AI tools, guided by the designer's clear intentions, met expectations, showing the potential for utilizing generative AI in the field of interior design.
