- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to research and analyze the current government policy, different casas and reference of various types of senior housing in developed countries and come to a conclusion on what should be the new direction for rental housing for the elderlies in Korea in response to the rappid aging society. Based on my research and analyses, it seems that senior housing in Korea is influenced by the housing policy rather than welfare policy, unlike in other countries.
