- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to identify types using FGI (Focus Group Interview) analysis and to establish a support system for various supports. As an expert panel, a total of 17 people were selected as the final study subjects, and the survey period was conducted for about one month from September 11, 2024. The first survey sent e-mails to the survey subjects collectively on September 11, and the second survey sent a closed questionnaire based on the summary of the first survey results by e-mail on September 24, and the third face-to-face in-depth interview was conducted. The following conclusions were reached. First, as a result of summarizing the opinions of the expert panel and analyzing them focusing on keyword, five types of sports human rights violations were named violence, mental harassment, privacy infringement, sexual violence, and errands. Second, a comparative analysis of the support system of related organizations and sports ethics centers showed that the existing support targets for sports ethics centers should include victims and families of sports human rights violations such as violence and sexual violence. Third, it was found that the amount of medical and legal support should be increased in the case of psychiatric treatment such as medical support based on the results of in-depth interviews. Fourth, it was found that new support measures for housing support and sports activity support funds were required. Fifth, compared to related organizations, the maximum amount of the sports ethics center was significantly lower than that of other organizations, indicating that it was necessary to increase the limit and limit the period.
